Responsibilities: Present vehicle attributes, model options, features Review purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers. Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers. Track customers using store specific management system/s. Keep up to date of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses. Qualifications: Experience in automotive sales, preferred. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers. Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200 - $158,700. This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
