Job Description: The Role As part of the Settlement Support on the Mutual Fund Dividends team, you will use your skills to monitor Mutual Fund Corporate Actions and Distribution events. In the role, you will need to conduct analysis to help understand trends, create solutions, and improve processes. There will be opportunities to work across Fidelity and contribute to system development. This position can be filled at a grade level 2 (Senior Representative) or grade level 3 (Associate Analyst) depending on skills and experience. The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidates relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
