Job Title: Configuration Management Coordinator II Reporting To: Supervisor, Drafting Systems Group Work Schedule: Onsite Buffalo, NY Under the supervision of the Site Configuration Manager, the Configuration Management Coordinator II is responsible for the organization tracking and management of customer data submittals for assigned programs. This person will assist in reviewing and processing Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and releases through Moogs change management systems. The candidate should be familiar with the concepts, tools, and practices of Configuration Management and Data Management. Here's what you will be doing: Prepare, submit, and track Customer Data Items through the Contracts Requirements Data Management (CRDM) tool to ensure contract requirements are met. Determine data requirements for programs, Interact with program teams to support ongoing submittal activities Coordinate and process Engineering Change Notice Workflows (ECNs, QCNs and DCNs) through to final release in Moogs Teamcenter System Apply knowledge Moogs ERP and Moogs Teamcenter PLM. Create working relationships within CM/DM team and with our internal and external customers. Perform problem resolutions for ECNs and Teamcenter activities Provide guidance and process training to users Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information. Heres what you will need to bring with you: Bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in a CM support role OR Associates degree with 5 years in CM role or engineering design environment OR High School Diploma with 15+ years of design drafting experience, required. Knowledge of Teamcenter PLM, Workflow and ERP software is preferred. Excellent communication and technical skills (software) will make you successful in this role. Siemens NX and/or SolidWorks familiarity is preferred. General understanding of contractual language and requirements. General understanding of technical information. Understanding of engineering drawings, documents and specifications. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
