McKesson Medical-Surgical is seeking a talented Graphic Designer in the Richmond, VA area that can turn campaigns and brand concepts into compelling experiences that resonate with our market audience. Grasp a deep understanding of McKeessons master brand and all sub-brands to accurately design cohesive brand and marketing campaigns that generate leads and sales. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop campaign concepts and approaches that match the goals of creative briefs. Create storyboards, visual concepts, and design layouts based on project requirements and client briefs. Understand brand identity guides and nuances of master brands, standalone brands and sub-brands. Design and maintain consistency of typography, icons, photography, and illustrations. Design assets for campaigns that may include, banner ads, emails, postcards, brochures, direct mail, landing pages, and more. Utilize the Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality graphics and design layouts. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in graphic design and continuously improve skills and incorporate innovative ideas into projects. Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality graphics that exceed expectations. Maintain organization and file management of project assets to facilitate efficient workflow and collaboration within the team. Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design for marketing-oriented projects. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, communication arts or advertising. Proficiency in graphic design, typography, industry trends, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI generation and editing tools. Excellent creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members and clients. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
