Full Job Description

The Customer Service Representative I (Bilingual-French) acts as the first point of contact for French and English-speaking customers, agents, and clients throughout the U.S. and Canada. Youll use your knowledge of our products and services to provide professional, timely assistance and determine the appropriate actions to resolve inquiries. New hires receive three weeks of comprehensive training to learn our systems, procedures, and documentation standardswith ongoing support to ensure your continued growth and success in the role. Your Impact: Respond to customer, agent, and client inquiries via phone or web, handling account questions and concerns in both inbound and outbound interactions. Ensure timely, accurate follow-up and resolution. Resolve problems and verify insurance requirements while accurately entering information into internal systems. Process policies and related documents efficiently to ensure accurate workflow through the system. Assist other departments with support when needed based on workload demands. Consistently meet departmental standards for productivity, accuracy, and service quality. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data, client information, and company systems. Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Successful Candidates Will Have: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) Strong communication skills, including: Pay Range: 16.00 - 16.00 Hourly The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
