Position Summary The Dietary Aide plays an important role in preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, and ensuring residents receive high-quality service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in helping others. Key Responsibilities Assist in meal preparation and portioning according to menus and dietary guidelines Serve meals to residents in accordance with dietary restrictions and preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, food carts, and work areas Wash dishes and ensure proper food-handling procedures Assist with stocking supplies and organizing food storage Interact with residents and staff in a friendly, professional manner Follow all safety and infection-control procedures Qualifications Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred but not required Ability to work varying hours and shifts on a 4-on / 2-off schedule Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $18.35 Supportive work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents daily lives PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country.
