Full Job Description

The Electro-Mechanical Site Manager will lead and advise on the day-to-day performance of the material handling equipment supported by the team they lead. This persons decisions can have a moderate to high-level impact on business operations. This site location is in Cincinnati, OH. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $94,125 - $138,050 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: Lead, coordinate, and advise all functions of their report staff. Perform at a professional level to interpret/process more sophisticated, less clearly defined issues. Identify and resolve complex problems. Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to gain optimum efficiency. Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for the functional area. Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within own area of responsibility and communicate to the customer. Identify resource needs and develop justification. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. What We Are Looking For: Associate degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience. Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures for managed work group(s). Demonstrate understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action. Possess 5 years of successful experience in a related field and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above. Able to gauge, identify, and implement training based on skill assessment results. Able to manage critical metrics and fault data using these methods: Track and measure, evaluate and analyze the data, and implement and direct improvement. Able to build reports and communication materials to supervise and report performance issues. Demonstrate continuous improvement of maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment, requiring MHE or equivalent experience, to the customer.
