The DFC Dealer Relations Associate I is responsible for ensuring sales and loan targets are met, contributing to companys growth and profitability by meeting the financial needs of regional markets, and responsible for both new business development and portfolio/relationship management. The DFC Dealer Relations Associate I reports to the DFC Dealer Relations Manager. Location: Remote- Portland,OR Compensation Range: $60,000 - $85,000, with a typical starting range of $60,000- $77,000. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. Responsibilities Travel 75% of the time within Oregon, Washington, and Alaska Develop, grow, and maintain client relationships with dealer partners through on-site visits and regular communication. Plan and organize sales visits to assigned dealer partners on established timelines. Communicate with dealers on current offerings and programs. Train dealers on proper documentation for funding. Works closely with dealers to promote the sales and implementation of financial products. Participates in ongoing relationship performance reviews with all clients. Analyze active loan file performance and recommend solutions to enhance results. Maintain established benchmarks for originations and loan performance. Demonstrate compliance with all regulations that apply to your position and keep up to date on regulation changes. Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications 2-years experience in retail/consumer lending strongly preferred.
