Position Summary... What you'll do... Role summary: The Manager, Supply Chain Management, oversees the efficient flow of merchandise through distribution networks and fulfillment centers by resolving daily operational issues and analyzing data to enhance network performance. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to optimize supply chain execution, managing performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires leadership in process improvement and operational strategy to ensure alignment with sales, inventory, and profitability goals. The manager also fosters strong partnerships, supports compliance, and champions innovation to advance supply chain effectiveness and cost efficiency. About the team: The Capacity Solutions Team ensures optimal carrier assignment by matching the right carriers with loads at the best cost and service levels within the Collect Inbound network. The team negotiates daily with carriers to manage costs and uphold service standards. Utilizing a data-driven approach, they analyze industry trends to support proactive, demand-based capacity purchasing. Focused on operational excellence, the team combines analytical insight with decisive action to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance, driving continuous improvement and effective collaboration across stakeholders. What you'll do: Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify root causes and improve network efficiencies. Oversee performance reviews of distribution centers, carriers, and suppliers, providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to align supply chain execution with sales, inventory, and profitability goals. Identify and resolve order exceptions, disruptions, and constraints impacting supply chain operations. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce costs, and simplify workflows. Develop and mentor associates, fostering accountability and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting ethical standards and operational integrity. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in supply chain management with a focus on optimizing merchandise flow and network efficiencies. Strong leadership skills to manage teams, mentor associates, and drive performance improvements. Proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis to resolve operational issues and enhance process effectiveness. Experience in supplier relationship management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals. Ability to implement process improvements and lean methodologies to reduce costs and improve service levels. Excellent communication skills to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
