ADA - Reports data relating to patient's health status to appropriate clinical staff - Identifies patient goals, communicates and collaborates with clinical team to support patient care plan. ADA - Administration of medication, injections and functions in scope of license - Cleaning of equipment in patient care areas, ADA - Maintain patient care rooms to ensure they are kept clean and supplies are well stocked. ADA - Maintain records of patient activities and observations, ADA - Submit records to the appropriate clinical staff regarding patient's condition - Assist with scheduling patients, authorizations and referrals to support office staff as needed.
