About the Role As an Operations Supervisor, youll be part of our elite operations team with a clear path to advancement. Were looking for someone who is open to relocation and eager to grow into higher-level management roles within 13 years. What Youll Do Lead and assign work crews operating solid waste collection equipment. Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed. Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance. Develop and execute safety goals and initiatives. Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence. Conduct performance reviews and manage team development. Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company. Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting. Collaborate with union representatives and manage unionized employees. This position is safety sensitive What Youll Bring Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities. Experience supervising unionized employees. Bachelors degree strongly preferred. Background in transportation, trucking, or logistics. Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and business systems.
