Dealership: L0053 Subaru of Spokane Subaru of Spokane Express Lube Advisor Pay: $35k-$50k annually. Commission based. Our Ideal Candidate Must: Have a positive attitude and be customer service friendly Adept at sales approach and consulting with customers Be able to navigate technology with ease Be passionate about the Subaru brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path Previous dealership experience is a PLUS but not required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Multi-Tasker and ability to work independently Professional in appearance and communications Strong attention to details and organizational skills Responsibilities: The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customers needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Qualifications: Communication skills communicates effectively with others. Time management managing ones own time and time of others. Typing ability to type efficiently in order to enter repair orders. Basic computer & cost calculation skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
