Position Overview The Maintenance Helper supports safe, reliable operation of facility equipment by assisting with mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. Reporting to the Facility Engineer, this role contributes to production continuity, equipment installations, and workplace safety. This position offers hands-on learning within a global manufacturing environment. Primary Responsibilities Assist with servicing and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment Support production changeovers to minimize downtime Help assemble and install new or renovated equipment Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas Complete required maintenance and performance records accurately Assist with parts inventory tracking and purchasing requests Follow safety procedures and work instructions at all times Adjust task priorities based on operational needs and team direction Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 03 years' experience in maintenance or related roles (internships/part-time accepted) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work safely at heights up to 50 feet Preferred Requirements Vocational or technical training in HVAC, electrical, or maintenance related field Experience with hands-on use of hand tools and basic repair tasks Exposure to safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $27.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential. In addition to your salary, H.B.
