Quality Systems Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Quality Systems Specialists (Level 3 & Level 4) to join the BCA Quality Core Team supporting the Compliance and Process Team in Everett, Washington on 1st shift. As a Quality Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening and sustaining our Quality Management System (QMS) across BCA. The ideal candidate will combine QMS subject-matter expertise with strong program and project management capability, using strategic and creative thinking to design and drive improvements. The candidate will be highly collaborative, able to build and maintain influential partnerships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams and comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments to gain alignment and deliver results. A solid background in program and/or project management is required, including experience tracking status, identifying and escalating risks, and implementing recovery and containment plans when needed. The role requires proven application of LEAN principles and hands-on experience with root cause corrective action (RCCA/CAPA), along with a practical understanding of QMS, compliance, processes, rules, and regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills, sound judgment in prioritization, and adaptability to changing tasks, work environments, and organizational structures. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career (Level 3) or Expert (Level 4) Quality Systems Specialists. Position Responsibilities: Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability Leads efforts to identify projects and processes improvement implementations Prepares, analyzes, coordinates, assigns, integrates, and maintains project plans and initiatives Facilitates cross-functional stakeholder meetings, communicating project status, potential risks identified and recovery plans to leadership Coordinates ongoing projects and serves as a liaison between cross functional teams Performs project management activities in accordance with accepted project management industry standards, tools, and reports Participates in multi-function, multi-site teams to develop company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed Assist senior management on preparation for third party audits as requested Participate in the identification and proposals of projects, objectives, and milestones, working collaboratively to implement identified solutions Contributes to the development of new processes and standards Implement solutions for corrective action solutions Works under minimal direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience data mining, processing, and analysis 3+ years of experience using the Microsoft Office Application Suite such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 3+ years of experience in project and/or program management 3+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action Methodology or the Boeing Problem Solving Model 3+ years of experience developing presentations for leadership 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 4: 10+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ years of experience developing & supporting project plans through the full project lifecycle Experience using LEAN manufacturing/BPSM techniques for process improvement Experience in manufacturing or factory support environment Experience in Corrective Action Preventative Action (CAPA) Knowledge of Aerospace Standards (such as AS9100) Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
