Position Summary... What you'll do... The Walmart Facility Services team is made up of over 6,000 associates (and growing) including skilled trade technicians and 3rd party vendors. The team's primary focus is to build a world class maintenance program through the development and execution of an asset management strategy. This team is responsible for optimizing the total cost of ownership and uptime for all of Walmarts physical assets and properties, including 5000+ stores, clubs, distribution centers, and fulfillment centers. Walmarts Facility Services team is growing its responsibility and footprint to achieve its vision of becoming the worlds most reliable and sustainable facility services platform, to better serve Walmarts customers, members, associates, and the communities in which we operate. What youll do The Transaction Management team is seeking a highly strategic and motivated Business Insights and Analysis Senior Manager to support the expansion of our Facility Services business into Sams Club. This role involves evaluating business performance split between what Walmart technicians perform and what third party vendors perform. Additionally, this high visibility position will build relationships across the Facilities organization and Sams Club, reporting financial performance to Sams Club leadership on a monthly basis. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing data to drive key business decisions and enabling leadership more effective reporting to impact service to stores and clubs. Additionally, this role requires ownership of the development, support, and management of processes that align with the overall business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Data-Driven Analysis: Help support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs, reporting data-based insights to Facilities and Club leadership. This includes analysis for AOP development and LRP development. Strategy: Develops business strategies for Sams Club maintenance by recommending initiatives (OpEx and CapEx) based on data; implementing processes based on recommended strategies; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results; building relationships with stakeholders across the organization to support strategic growth plans; and creating summaries identifying past, current, and future business trends, plans and objectives. Resource Allocation: Collaborate across various functions to assess and allocate the appropriate resources for executing operations efficiently Business Opportunities: Develops and drives business opportunities by identifying program and project opportunities; determining program and project feasibility through data analysis; assessing the financial and physical performance of each program; and driving strategies with cross-functional teams. Process Development and Ownership: Develop, support, and manage processes that align with and support the overall business strategy. Ensure these processes are efficient, sustainable, and scalable Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow-up and thorough completion of tasks. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
