Morstan General Agency, LLC (TSGA) seeks a Sales Rep. - Entry Level in Morristown, New Jersey. Marketing & Sales Solicit, establish, and maintain rapport with prospective and assigned retail agents to secure new and renewal business as well as participate in USLIs 50/50 Sales training program. Salary range is between 50k and 65k based on experience. Candidates will be engaged in 24-month training and development program that will prepare the participant to become a superior insurance professional. The focus of the training program will be to increase new submissions, quotes, binders and premium over the phone. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Solicit, screen, appoint and train new agents · Make a combination of in-person and virtual sales calls four out of five days a week. · Collect and analyze data for implications regarding direction of territory. · Establish and maintain rapport with agents · Follow-up and secure new and renewal business · Resolve agent problems · Assist underwriters to place business; follow up on quoted accounts · Establish and achieve agent production goals · Collects and analyzes data for implications regarding direction of territory. · Perform other duties as assigned · Pursue a course of personal and professional development WHAT YOU WILL NEED: College degree OR equivalent business experience Strong oral and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment Motivated, results-driven sales personality Open to coaching and continuous improvement P&C license or commitment to obtain P&C license within 60 days Preferred: Previous experience in a business, sales or financial related discipline Bilingual WHAT WE OFFER: Excellent growth and advancement opportunities Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Generous benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan WHO ARE WE? Pay Range 50000 - 65000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
