Your Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high-quality daily care while promoting each resident's comfort, dignity, and independence. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and meal assistance. Follow individualized care plans and perform assigned nursing procedures under the direction of licensed nursing staff. Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team. Maintain accurate documentation and support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members through respectful and compassionate care. Qualifications Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. Ability to work a consistent full-time 4/2 rotation schedule.
