Core responsibilities and expectations for this position include: driving financial transparency, providing insight into business drivers and key metrics, driving strategic financial planning and analysis, budgeting and reporting, and delivering on financial execution. Responsibilities We are excited to present this position as part of one of the largest and most rapidly growing dental service organizations in the country. Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, this position will partner closely with business leadership to uncover areas of opportunity and make recommendations that drive the business forward. Partner with business and finance leadership to analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and surface actionable insights Own monthly reporting and variance analysis (vs. budget and prior periods), clearly communicating key drivers, risks, and opportunities Build and present business cases to support strategic initiatives and multi-million-dollar investments Proactively identify opportunities for improved performance, efficiency, and growth through data analysis Develop ad hoc analyses, financial models, and forecasts to support decision-making across the organization Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and operational data and reporting Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders Minimum Education and Experience BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 25 years of FP&A or relevant analytical experience (multi-unit or retail environment preferred) Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain financial models, work with large datasets, validate data, and translate findings into actionable insights Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to communicate proactively, surface risks early, and operate with a sense of urgency and ownership Preferred Qualifications Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools Experience building financial models (ROI, NPV, scenario analysis) Exposure to programming languages (VBA, Python, SAS, etc.) Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to challenge assumptions *This role is onsite 4 days/week in our Chicago office (Fulton Market District) A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match Salary: $90,000-115,000/year The Aspen Group (TAG) is one of the largest and most trusted retail healthcare business support organizations in the U.S. and has supported over 16,000 healthcare professionals and team members at more than 1,200 health and wellness offices across 46 states in four distinct categories: Dental care, urgent care, medical aesthetics, and animal health.
