Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) in support of the Air Dominance Portfolio located in Tucson, AZ. This Material Program Manager (MPM) role is responsible for managing supply chain tasks in support of production, depot and sustainment contracts. As an MPM, you will be the liaison between the program and the supply base, working to ensure material requirements are met for a franchise production program. The MPM will also ensure program success to cost/schedule/quality and manage supplier performance in meeting program needs. To be successful, the candidate must be a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives, and must be able to successfully interface with internal management and supplier management. What You Will Do Ownership of Material Forecast and identification of risks and opportunities Manage material budgets and support EACs for the programs Execute make/buy/where process Assist with generation of Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues Domestic travel required Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Minimum 3 years experience in a supply chain role. Qualifications We Prefer Experience managing budgets in support of the Estimate at Completion (EAC) process EVMS certification Experience working with suppliers. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
