Pay: $60,000 + 20% Monthly Bonus Opportunity + Incentives Schedule: Monday to Friday *One-week on-site training will take place in Atlanta March 9th-13th. The Field Sales Trainer for the Uplift Program serves as an on-site ambassador for one of the worlds premier airlines, championing a specialized internal program to increase employee engagement and adoption. The position requires frequent travel to airports across an assigned region to deliver impactful training, energize internal teams, support product sales efforts, and oversee all related follow-up, documentation, and reporting from a home office. This is a highly visible role requiring strong selling ability, executive-level presence, and the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
