Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities: Lead execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and develop comprehensive test requirement documentation to support NPI manufacturing automation. Drive technical issue resolution during NPI builds by partnering with Hardware and Software Engineering teams to identify, track, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Evaluate and qualify cutting-edge firmware technologies at both component and platform levels. Validate firmware flashing processes to ensure stability, reliability, and production readiness. Enhance and refine standard test methodologies to improve validation efficiency, accelerate technology adoption, and better meet customer requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally within Hyve to proactively resolve issues impacting NPI schedules, quality, and deliverables. Qualifications: Minimum 1-3+ years of experience in similar role BS ME, MS, CS, CE preferred or equivalent yeas of industry experience. Deep knowledge of major server component architecture and design (motherboards, hard drives, RAM, CPUs, heat sinks, fans, etc.). Working knowledge of major power related components (power supplies, PDUs, VRMs, etc.) and control interfaces (PMBus, IPMI, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot x86-based systems; diagnose hardware and software issues. Proficiency with administration of a range of operating systems, including Python, RedHat, SuSE, and Debian Linux-based distributions is a bonus. Comfortable in a fast moving, small team environment. Excellent communication skillswritten and verbal. Attention to detail and process. Self-starter and highly motivated. Bachelors degree in CS or 3+ years of related experience.
