Rental Manager $60,000 Plus Incentive Monday-Friday (7am-5pm) Location: Knoxville Reports To: Branch Manager As a Rental Manager, youll lead the Rental Department to ensure profitability, customer satisfaction, and team success. Youll oversee fleet utilization, budgeting, and day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with customers and staff. Key Responsibilities Drive Rental Department profitability and manage budgets/forecasts Monitor fleet utilization, inventory levels, and missed opportunities Hire, train, and develop rental staff; conduct employee reviews Ensure accurate invoicing (transport, cleaning, fuel, etc.) Expand customer base while maintaining existing relationships Partner with Sales Team and Corporate Rental Manager on leads & inventory Support credit department in resolving past-due accounts Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment What Were Looking For Strong leadership and customer service skills Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment Ability to operate rental fleet equipment a plus Associates degree or higher preferred Prior management or rental industry experience strongly preferred Work Environment & Physical Demands Full-time, MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 5:00 PM Active role: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50+ lbs.
