Be accountable for safety, quality, environmental, and productivity objectives. Be accountable for total productive maintenance support including equipment reliability, planned downs, and lubrication tasks. Be accountable for continued individual development of skills including opportunities for special assignments, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, and advanced technical tasks. In one of our manufacturing roles, youll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States. Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate. 1+ years of continuous work experience. Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills. Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening. Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT). Position requires regular physical effort including pushing, pulling, lifting bending, and climbing steps as required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous or current experience in a fast-paced, team-based work environment (manufacturing and/or industrial). Demonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution. Demonstrated performance in safety, quality, and attendance with previous employments. 3+ years of work experience. This position is eligible for the starting wage listed above, overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year.
