Pay: $18.14 - $27.20 per hour depending on experience Additional night shift premium of $2.50 per hour. Included in overtime hours and double-time hours. Must be able to pass Ishihara color test Must be able to pass the Munsell Color Hue test Internal Candidates: Last performance review must have been "Performer" or better. No disciplinary actions beyond a verbal within the past 120 days Must have been in current position for at least 120 days JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Understand appropriate test method and equipment to perform all required testing (and sampling) as specified by internal and external customers Perform check-out of each job in Press and Laminating to include specifications, film types, job jacket, etc. Perform visual check on all samples representing material produced on shift Accurately entering data into PRISM for retention and reporting Perform accurate calibration checks of all equipment Responsible for creating hold tags for defective material and ensuring rolls are tagged for proper identification Daily use of the X-rite software and spectrophotometer Maintain department 5S standards including housekeeping and stocking supplies Daily filing of job jackets Fire Crew responsibilities include closing fire doors Being well versed in customer specifications and knowing how to identify structures for comparison to the proper spec Effective communication of results to the Laminating and Press Operators as well as Department Leads Use of PRISM screens to obtain job/production information EOE F/M/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Disabled/Vet Printpack is proudly an equal-opportunity employer.
