Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Full Time Location: Santa Cruz Post Acute Compensation: Starting at $21.50 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Full-Time · Various Shifts Available Benefits: Full benefits package About Us Santa Cruz Post Acute is a compassionate, residentfocused skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing exceptional clinical care and support. Our CNAs play a vital role in helping residents maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life each day. Position Summary We are seeking dedicated and caring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. The CNA provides handson care, assists residents with daily activities, and supports licensed nursing staff to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents. Pay & Benefits Minimum starting rate: $21.50 hour (higher DOE) Full benefits package, which may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Retirement plan options Employee assistance program Shift differentials (facility-dependent) Opportunities for growth and continued training Available Shifts Day, Evening, and Night shifts Rotating weekends Additional hours may be available Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while preserving dignity and independence. Record vital signs, weights, and other observations as directed. Assist with meal service and hydration support. Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas. Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly. Follow all infection control and safety procedures. Support nursing team with assigned clinical and non-clinical tasks. Qualifications Active California CNA certification required Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused Ability to work in a fastpaced care environment Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements Why Join Santa Cruz Post Acute?
