This role provides flexibility while allowing you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC) Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Qualifications Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing) Current CPR certification Must maintain all required continuing education Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred We are an equal opportunity employer.
