Streets/Stormwater Maintenance Worker

Summary Responsible for performing semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance and repair of streets and alleys. Pay:$16/hr. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate 12-yard dump truck and transport materials between job sites. Maintain street and alley pavement by patching/lifting distressed areas and applying sealants to joints and cracks. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete daily work sheet. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. No experience required. Valid Class C Texas drivers license. Valid Texas Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement or the ability to obtain it within 6 months of hire. Physical Requirements / Work Environment The incumbent works in field environments including construction sites, with frequent exposure to unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards.
