As a Line Trainer youll identify, develop, and provide high quality technical training, enabling new and current employees to effectively perform their jobs. What You Will Do Train non-exempt warehouse employees on processes and technology. Partner with leaders to identify appropriate technical training and development needs. Ensure TWI is used as a standard for operations training, provide TWI Job Instruction training, and coach employees on creating job breakdown sheets and instructing effectively through the Job Instruction methodology. Perform audits to minimize technical training gaps. Contribute to the training effectiveness and quality notification process. Provide analysis and metrics regarding learning effectiveness. Contribute to the recruitment process by carrying out dexterity tests for potential employees. Maintain training records. Identify opportunities for improvement in current training materials and procedures, and implement modifications. Participate in LEAN events and courses to obtain LEAN Level 1 Certification. What You Will Bring Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Certification: Training within Industry (TWI) Job Instruction Train the Trainer Certified (Level 1 Preferred). System Experience: Experience utilizing a Learning Management System. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Skills: Ability to manage multiple training priorities in fact-paced warehouse environment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and collaborate well in a team environment.
