Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning Monitor and report changes in resident condition Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Follow individualized care plans Provide compassionate, resident-centered care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Active, unencumbered CNA certification in South Carolina (required) Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Greenville Post Acute?
