About the Role As a Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in keeping our facility clean, sanitary, and comfortable for our residents, staff, and visitors. Your work directly contributes to the health, safety, and well-being of those in our care. Pay & Schedule $18.00 $19.00 per hour Full-time Non-exempt position What You'll Do Clean and maintain lobbies, restrooms, common areas, and floors Clean and sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms regularly Wipe down handrails, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, and dispensers Empty trash cans and replace liners Sweep and mop floors throughout the facility Follow safety protocols, including proper signage and secure chemical storage Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions Keep housekeeping carts and supply areas clean and organized Report safety concerns to your supervisor right away Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude What We're Looking For Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Physical Requirements Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
