Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Contract Administrator to join them. You will report to the Manager, Contracts Administration and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY. To be considered for Contract Administrator, heres what youll need to bring with you: · Typically, a Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or other relevant area. · 2+ years of experience in a similar, customer facing role, supporting contract review activities in Sales & Marketing, Contract Administration, Production Control or Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment. · Understanding and application of contract provisions such as warranties, remedies, etc. · Advanced knowledge of commercial transactions and a working knowledge of a manufacturing business, programs, organization, technical processes, ERP and accounting systems. Preferred qualifications; experience with: Intellectual property rights Interpretation of Federal Acquisition Regulations and agency regulations Federal procurement procedures Cost Accounting Standards Progress payments and milestone payments CPFF, CPIF, FFP (with economic adjustments), FFP (redetermination), FFP, Time and Material, Contracts Warranties International Traffic in Arms Regulations Contract law, commercial and government; completion of a course in business law or contract law As a Contract Administrator you'll be responsible for: · Ensure integrity of Moog's contractual performance. · Perform customer interaction in a professional, credible manner, to enhance Moog's opportunity for continued and increased business. · Serve as Moog's point of contact with the customer and internal stakeholders on assigned programs. · Review purchase orders with appropriate Moog disciplines to ensure that all contractual requirements are consistent with Moog's proposal. · Initiate job orders and change of scope proposals. · Assist other departments on the preparation of follow-on proposals. · Maintain current and accurate contract files including quotations, negotiation history, purchase orders, and change orders. · Support business travel, up to 10%. #LI-CP1 Salary Range Transparency: Buffalo, NY $65,000.00$85,000.00 Annually Salary Range Disclaimer The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
