Now Hiring: Dietary Manager Alhambra Post Acute | Alhambra, CA Pay: $25$30/hr DOE Full-Time | Great Benefits | Supportive Team Alhambra Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and motivated Dietary Manager to oversee our food service department and ensure residents receive nutritious, well-balanced meals every day. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee preparation and service of meals in compliance with dietary regulations. Manage and train dietary staff; create schedules and ensure quality service. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in kitchen and dining areas. Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to accommodate special diets. Monitor inventory, order food and supplies, and manage department budgets. Qualifications Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred, or equivalent supervisory experience in a healthcare kitchen. Knowledge of Title 22 and CDPH regulations highly desirable. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.
