Redlands Healthcare Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility located in Redlands, near Redlands Community Hospital. "Serve more people, touch more lives" is our pledge and promise. Pay: From $17.48-18 per hour +/ DOE Dietary Aide Duties: Assist in cleaning and organizing of kitchen and food storage area. Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots & pans. Check and record chlorine concentration and water temperature of dishwashing machine at the beginning of the shift. Observe water temperature of dishwasher during dishwashing cycles Set up breakfast trays. Make juice for breakfast trays and medication pass. Assist with serving meals. Butter bread as well as pour milk and juice. Prepare nourishments and snacks. Empty trash. Set up meal trays. Sweep and mop kitchen. Put groceries away in a safe, orderly, and clean manner. Report resident care concerns and potential issues to the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing.
