Title and Summary Executive Assistant Overview: This position will report to the Executive Vice President, FP&A and will also provide support to the leadership team. The role will be responsible for supporting the Worldwide Finance objectives, including the planning and coordination of Corporate FP&A meetings, team events, supporting the preparation of presentations and ad-hoc projects and initiatives and needed. Role: Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day Corporate FP&A Executive with calendar management, telephone coverage, travel arrangements, expense reporting Manage the set up and logistics for all Quarterly operating reviews with CEO Coordinate Corporate FP&A team meetings, activities and team events Accurately document meeting notes and action items; follow-up on key takeaways Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations for the business unit Manage and support ad-hoc projects and activities as assigned Partner with key stakeholders in People & Capability and across Worldwide Finance globally as needed to support projects and activities Coordinates and manages the social and philanthropic activities for Corp FP&A All About You: Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Outlook; Oracle; MS Teams; Zoom Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies Business Administration experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and key stakeholders Excellent organizational and project management skills with a focus on setting priorities, managing processes and delivering results under tight deadlines and with competing priorities Strong attention to detail and sound judgment with proven ability to build rapport and gain acceptance at all levels, and in all business units and regions Ability to handle confidential information and materials with appropriate discretion Bachelors degree is a plus Mastercard is an inclusive equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In line with Mastercards total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
