The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team at our Austin, Texas location. This position will provide financial support for teams that manage our leadless pacemakers within the U.S. CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) organization. What Youll Work On Prepare revenue and implant forecasts as well as analytics and financial presentations that support the quarterly LBE (Latest Best Estimate) process Analyze revenue and implant data by product segment, geography, account, and employee Evaluate performance vs. benchmarks and prior year, including price vs volume Partner with commercial leadership teams to highlight key issues and insights and recommend areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan new product launches Oversee and maintain month end finance packages and prepare financial modeling Compile, analyze, and present findings on ad hoc requests Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Accounting Self-motivated and proactive, setting high standards for success Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Accuracy and attention to detail Great communication skills and ability to articulate results based on audience Quick learner and adaptable to changes and new environment The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 $156,000.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
