The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000 - $121,000 at the time of posting. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will do in This Role: Lead proactive site assessments and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions to anticipate and resolve emerging risks and complexity, driving continuous quality improvements. Foster the strategic implementation of Corrective And Preventative Actions (CAPA) stemming from RCA's, ensuring impactful and sustainable improvements in quality and operational performance. Optimally communicate key takeaways and standard methodologies across the organization, improving the overall quality framework and processes to reflect improvement. Represent customer interests and perspectives, ensuring their needs are central to our strategic and operational plans. Drive a quality centric culture. What We are Looking For: 5+ years experience in related field with a bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Passionate about problem-solving and quality improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead Root Cause Analysis processes from beginning to end. Ability to compile data to tell compelling stories to leadership. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Sophisticated capabilities in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and statistical analysis tools like Minitab.
