Position Summary... This role serves as a Project Manager for customer and associate experience, supporting a variety of initiatives across fuel and convenience. This individual must be highly adaptable, wearing many hats: leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving innovation. The ideal candidate thrives in administration, coordination, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for enhancing experiences for both customers and associates. What you'll do... Manage and oversee multiple projects or work streams by developing and communicating project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to project management standards and practices. Develop and maintain strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders by educating them on product and program requirements, collaborating to assess costs and ROI, securing management approval for resources, and creating effective communication plans. Coordinate and complete job-related activities by building relationships with key stakeholders, supporting business initiatives, setting and tracking goals, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Monitor and report on project progress by tracking budgets, costs, and status, communicating milestones, and escalating changes as needed. Manage content on internal portals to ensure resources are accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. Develop and implement communication plans that detail the level, frequency, and distribution of status updates to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, support the companys mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, and provide guidance on business processes and practices. What youll bring Proven experience in project management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. (Experience leading projects in technology and innovation is a plus.) Strong background in administration and coordination. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward. Detail-oriented approach to managing tasks, documentation, and project deliverables. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
