Prepare food using oven, toaster and speed oven. Applicants need to be at least 14 years old. Essential Functions: Open and/or close the coffee shop. Complete prep work and prepare drink/food items. Always provide exceptional guest service. Operate the cash machine (Squirrel), balance cash, and complete appropriate paperwork. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee shop. Remain professional and courteous in both appearance and manner. Other Responsibilities: Have or be willing to obtain extensive knowledge of Schweitzer Mountain Resort facilities, events, and activities. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Job Specifications: Skills: Excellent customer service skills Education: English reading, writing, and communication; basic math Experience: Barista or Food Service experience helpful.
