Job Title: Program Manager Reporting To: Professional, General Management Work Schedule: Hybrid Buffalo, NY Moog Aircraft Group is the world-wide leader of advanced flight controls and actuation for commercial and military aircraft. We are positioned on virtually every aircraft flying today, supplying highly reliable systems that are supportable and add significant value for our customers. In this cross-functional Program Manager role you will coordinate between many different groups within and outside of Moog. To be considered for the Program Manager role, heres what youll need to bring with you: Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering or Business, or relevant experience degree and a minimum of five years of program/project management or related work experience within a design and manufacturing environment Demonstrated knowledge in understanding contractual requirements and/or scope adherence Excellent facilitation and communication skills to both understand and expedite where necessary As a Program Manager, you will: Coordinate all program activities from contract awards through software and hardware delivery, you are the single point of contact for the customer regarding all aspects of the F35 program. Youll have performance responsibility for the F35 program and will regularly deliver updates to management. Managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Coordinate and manage all program activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Direct a matrixed group of people including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Contracts etc.; many of which will be shared resources with other programs. Conduct effective day to day communications with both internal and external customers to resolve outstanding issues in a timely manner. Prepare regular status reports, for management and the customer, which provide visibility for program issues and risks. Plan, coordinate and manage the preparation of presentation materials for internal and customer meetings and reviews. Manage the conduct of such meetings and reviews. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
