Our team is looking for a Customer Account Manager for the OEM group to join them. You will report to the Cell Manager and will have an onsite work schedule in Creedmoor, NC. To be considered for the Customer Account Manager, heres what youll need to bring with you: Bachelor's degree, preferred HS diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant work experience Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite 1+ years of experience working in a cross-functional matrix organization As a Customer Account Manager, you will: Full-cycle manage a portfolio of customer relationships, maximizing customer satisfaction and delivering on sales plans Ensure a zero-incident workplace environment Review warranty requests Review and provide repair quotes to customers Communicate repair status with customers through written, verbal and in person mediums, including onsite visits and weekly customer calls Full cycle customer relationship Communicate customer WIP reports Manage backlog and ship/reschedule dates Support the execution of the AM Production Meeting Create backlog and arrears burn down plans Prioritize activities of multi-functional team, considering financial, OTD and TAT targets Review and respond to customer liquidated damages claims Work with internal stakeholders to formulate responses to customer support requests Maintain pre-approved levels of rotatable stock Our Benefits: Comprehensive medical insurance Competitive PTO Company 401K plan with up to 4% matched contribution Annual bonus program (varies by level and discretionary based on company and individual performance) Flexible working arrangements Paid volunteering opportunities Access to mental health champions across our sites Commitment to development Employee referral program Salary Range: $65,000-70,000/yr based on experience #LI-Onsite This position requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
