The POS Lending team is seeking a Partner Success Manager to effectively support and manage contractor partnerships. In this critical role you will act as a voice of the partner; listening, learning and advocating for the partners and their customers throughout the organization. This is a fast-paced job that is focused on superior customer service, reputation, and growth of our platform and products. Our ideal candidate has a strong customer service background with experience in account management for proven brands. About This Role: Responsibilities & Duties: Acts as the collaboration partner with our POS Lending Home Improvement partners to ensure they are supported, informed, and aligned to the direction of our product team. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to bring value-add solutions and ideas to support the mission of our partners and their financing needs. Communication around product delivery, marketing initiatives, and partnership opportunities and their key initiatives. Have a holistic view of the partner community and a deep understanding of the capabilities and solutions that will satisfy customers. Advise our product teams on the value and opportunities we have with our partners. Manage the partner contract, any SLAs, partner requirements, and renewal or termination process working with Legal and other internal teams. Expand engagement of current partnerships by supporting their needs, expanding relationships, and growing overall satisfaction. Create a strong alliance with other PSMs, Business Development and Account Executive, being an integral part of the deal and ongoing management of key partner relationships Work closely with the Product, Technology and Business teams to ensure partners deliver quality results for the organization and our customers. Ensure partner onboarding goes smoothly and stays on track including vendor management and monitoring. Work with internal team and partners to ensure training is completed prior to launch, and we maintain a log of new and terminated employees for ongoing training purposes. Monitor ongoing partner performance, managing partner coaching and additional training as required. Onsite visits with Partners, as appropriate, to further develop partner relationships. The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree, with 3+ years of relevant experience Experience in account management, business development, customer service, or partnerships Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations Strong presentation skills and comfort interacting with all levels of a partners organization. Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail Demonstrated experience with business and financial acumen related to managing key customer relationships in a financial institution Mastery in PowerPoint and Excel Hybrid work arrangement, primarily onsite in home office Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level. Work Environment: It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week.
