The Item Lifecycle Team team at Sams Club is member obsessed and makes every category and item decision with the member at the center. As a Product Coordinator, youll serve as an advocate for our members and see the products you create come to life in stores and online. Our Product Coordinators are responsible for developing and fostering productive relationships with our merchants, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. Imparting the Walmart and Sam's Club way of working, driving efficiencies, and ensuring accountability within our merchant and supplier community is essential. Product Coordinators execute the end-to-end product lifecycle process, managing item setup, maintenance, and costing to ensure total data accuracy. You will utilize data reporting and location management systems to support cross-functional partners in Merchandising and Supply Chain. About the Team: This role is within the Item Lifecycle team and works closely with merchants and replenishment What Youll do: · Manage item setup, ongoing maintenance, location management, and costing updates to ensure system integrity. · Generate and analyze reports using Excel and Retail Link to support business decisions. · Collaborate with Merchants and Replenishment teams to resolve data discrepancies. navigate and update data across numerous internal systems simultaneously. What youll bring: · Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically in managing large datasets. · Experience working with Retail Link or similar retail data management systems. · High attention to detail regarding data entry, costing inputs, and item attributes. · Ability to coordinate complex information between multiple departments. The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
