Position Summary... The Manager, Procurement leads the development and execution of strategic sourcing and category management initiatives to meet business objectives. Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals to optimize category management and supplier performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and contract management activities. Analyze financial and business data to identify savings opportunities and mitigate risks within supply chains. Lead negotiations and contract reviews ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor supplier performance using key metrics and implement improvement plans to enhance service levels. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify innovative procurement solutions and drive continuous process improvements. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
