Supply Chain Management Analyst Company: The Boeing Company The P8 Value Stream Integration Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced SCMA (Level 4) to manage and support emergent part demand requests from P8 Wings, Final Assembly, Preflight, and BDS. The role requires full-time onsite presence in Renton, WA. Key Responsibilities: Manage emergent part demand requests, including dropping parts in PDM, adding parts to ERP contracts, and releasing purchase orders to support second issue requirements (assemblies or POAs). Develop and improve processes using data analytics to enhance the P8 Supply Chain teams performance. Identify and resolve daily part or supply chain issues to support program stakeholders. Serve as the interface between Supply Chain Contracts, Supply Chain Operations, and P8 Program stakeholders. Communicate and coordinate part/POA status with P8 Manufacturing, Leadership, and Supply Chain partners. Utilize expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau/web-based tools, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Access (experience with ERPMART is a plus). Oversee emergent process flow from requirement notification through part delivery and issuance to the shop floor/airplane. Apply advanced knowledge of ordering and scheduling within the ERPLN system, leveraging data from multiple sources to make informed part ordering decisions. Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. Build positive working relationships through partnership and collaboration. Work independently with a strong bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. Negotiate effectively with stakeholders to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes. Utilize critical thinking to proactively troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately, understanding the impact of decisions across departments. Understand cross-departmental interactions and their impact on non-procurement processes (e.g., Engineering, Business, Operations, Logistics). Be knowledgeable of customer and supplier requirements to support program production schedules and airplane deliveries for both planned and unplanned demand. Shift: Multiple shifts, primarily 1st shift (flexible cross-shift coverage including 2nd shift and weekend overtime on a rotational basis) Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of Procurement/Supply Chain experience. 5+ years of experience with supply chain concepts, material requirements planning, procurement policies, and processes. Strong understanding of business operations and ability to navigate formal and informal organizational channels. 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau/web-based tools, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Access (ERPMART experience is a plus). 5+ years of experience in data analytics. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with procurement systems (ERPLN, SAT, PAVE) and program systems (CMES, SAT, MPR), including querying system data tables (Datamart). Advanced skills in Excel and Tableau, capable of performing comprehensive data analysis and translating findings into executive summaries. Experience working with Defense programs and familiarity with DFARS requirements. Education: Bachelors degree or higher with typically 6+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Masters + 4 years, 10 years experience, etc.).
