Join Our Team as a Production Finishing Operator! Location: Milan, OH Shift: Afternoon shift (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.) or Night Shift (11:00 p.m.-7:00a.m.) Starting Pay: $24.22/hr., with potential earnings up to $28.36/hr. through our Pay for Skills Program. Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to maintain high-quality production standards. Development: Complete departmental training programs and upskill yourself with pay increases as you learn different positions within the plant. Expand Your Skills: Dive into hands-on training where you'll learn to operate essential machinery, including cranes and tow motors. Contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork while making a real difference in our workplace. What Were Looking For: Education: High School Diploma or GED. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred. Skills: Ability to use various tools safely Ability to read and understand work instructions Basic math skills Beginner to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office). Ability to communicate effectively with team members and the leadership team Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds safely. Ability to use hand tools, tape measurer Comfortable working in varying temperatures and sometimes dusty environments. Why Join Us?
