Team members utilize expertise in electrical diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and equipment repair to promptly address service needs. They collaborate to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and manage maintenance schedules while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. What you'll do: Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and appearance of facilities, equipment, and fixtures. Inspect, clean, and repair facilities equipment by following established schedules and guidelines. Diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and appropriate tools to conduct major and minor repairs across multiple crafts. Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Document maintenance activities, track parts and equipment orders, and submit warranty claims as required. Provide expert advice to support continuous improvement and alignment with business needs. What you'll bring: Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and facility repair to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Skilled in electrical diagnostics, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting using blueprints and repair manuals. Ability to conduct major and minor repairs across multiple crafts including plumbing, carpentry, and material handling equipment. Proficient in managing work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractor coordination with attention to compliance and quality standards. Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to maintain safe and compliant work environments. Strong documentation skills for maintenance activities, expense tracking, and warranty claims. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving business needs and priorities. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications...
