Engage Residents: Encourage and facilitate resident participation in social, creative, and physical events. Provide Transport: Accompany and assist residents safely to and from activity areas within the facility. Document Progress: Maintain accurate daily logs of resident attendance and individual engagement levels. Decorate & Prepare: Set up activity rooms, prepare supplies, and create seasonal displays for events. What We Are Looking For Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living facility preferred. Passion: A genuine desire to work with elderly and rehabilitating populations. Skills: Strong communication, excellent organizational abilities, and a high level of enthusiasm. Flexibility: Ability to work occasional weekends or holidays depending on the event schedule. Requirements: Must pass standard background checks and drug screenings required for healthcare facilities.
