With 178 beds and a mission to serve both short- and long-term patients, we know that great care starts with great food. Pay Range: $20$22 per hour, DOE What Youll Be Serving Up: Prepare flavorful, nutritious meals in large quantities while meeting residents dietary needs Follow menus, recipes, and portion controls accurately Prepare special diets and pureed meals with care and attention to detail Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Record food temperatures, maintain sanitizer solutions, and follow cleaning schedules Assist with meal service and ensure meals are presented attractively Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support resident satisfaction Assist with training new dietary staff and support team operations as needed What Were Looking For: Prior cooking experience (healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred) Strong teamwork skills and a positive, dependable work ethic Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and presentation CPR certification is a plus Perks & Benefits (Full-Time Only): Competitive pay Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off Bonuses and rewards Ongoing training and growth opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Hemet Hills Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
