Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for an Information Systems Project Management (Level 2) OR Principal Information Systems Project Management (Level 3) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Test, and Evaluation organization. The Project Manager will join our CyberOps team within the Lab Operations organization located in Melbourne, FL. The Information Systems Project Manager will work directly with the Cyber Systems Engineering team to manage and direct projects in the design, implementation and modification of projects that span across functional organizations. You will provide oversight of projects and daily tasking of technical and business resources, aspects of the strategic operations rhythm and programmatic implementation support, and provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. In this role, you will be developing and managing multiple team projects, preparing status reports, assessing project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. The successful applicant will thrive in a dynamic work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels. Success will require high attention to detail and emphasis on quality deliverable products. Note: This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Developing tools and methodologies for monitoring project progress and problem solving with project managers. Creating templates for presentations and documents and assist with document preparation to ensure quality and consistency across team deliverables. Coordination with internal customers, external customers, partners, suppliers, and project team members Responsibility for developing, maintaining, and communicating processes and process changes to impacted stakeholders Interfacing with functional roles for staffing and forecasting Ensuring consistent, predictable team progress to weekly, monthly, and annual goals Prepare status charts, presentation slides, metrics, and tracking spreadsheets along with leading OneCyber project teams Manage operational tasks through the implementation of Project Management principles We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment. Basic Qualifications: This requisition may be filled at an Information Systems Technical Analyst (Level 2) OR Principal Information Systems Technical Analyst (Level 3) level based on the qualifications below. Information Systems Project Management (Level 2) Must have a Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Masters Degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience. Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance. Must have ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs, prior to the start of employment Demonstrated experience with Project Management, Agile Team Management, and/or Technical Communications principles in a professional setting Principal Information Systems Project Management (Level 3) Must have a Bachelors Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Masters Degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience; OR a Ph.D. in a STEM discipline and 1 year of related professional/military experience. Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation) and ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret Clearance. Must have ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs, prior to the start of employment Demonstrated experience with Project Management, Agile Team Management, and/or Technical Communications principles in a professional setting Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Top Secret clearance Current Special Access Program (SAP) access A current DoD 8570 Level 2 Certification (i.e. Security+ CE or equivalent). Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Experience with JIRA and Confluence applications of the Atlassian Suite, or other agile process management tool Experience working in Cybersecurity environment Experience working in a software development and test environment Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively interface with all levels of management Primary Level Salary Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $147,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
