We are looking for an exceptional marketer with experience in delivering targeted, data-driven campaigns and leveraging advanced marketing analytics, marketing technology platforms, and automation to help us realize growth in both existing and new markets. The ideal candidate will have a balance of life insurance expertise, compelling storytelling, and modern, digital-first marketing skills. A Day in the Life: A day in the life of the Marketing Manager includes working with product owners and sales leadership to develop marketing strategies for key product launches, sales concepts, and value add stories. An exceptional relationship manager, this person is charged with understanding the needs of partners to create compelling business cases and creative briefs that help drive business results. You will see your project from ideation through execution, providing direction and sign off on all created content. You will partner closely with the analytics team and performance marketing stakeholders to track campaign performance. You will learn what messaging, technology, and channels work best and iterate for continuous improvement and results. Youll act as a champion for new tools and automation, piloting emerging marketing technology and experimentation. This will be a hybrid role based out of Newark, NJ, Minneapolis, MN, or Hartford, CT and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. This job may be for you if: You are looking for a unique marketing challenge to help drive a new way to market financial products in a digital world. You have strong life insurance product, distribution, and competitive knowledge. Experience marketing investment products is a plus. You have created marketing approaches and have co-created these solutions with partners and customers to ensure your strategy and messaging is on point. You have a keen focus on storytelling as a compelling way to influence customer behavior. You have developed segmented approaches to drive relevant messaging and delivery. You are fluent in using analytics, such as A/B testing, campaign dashboards, and customer journey analytics, to make decisions and optimize marketing ROI. You have led the adoption of marketing automation or CRM platforms (e.g., SalesForce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, or equivalent). You have great cross-collaboration skills and can influence and inspire others. You are a curious, self-starter, with the ability to organize and manage multiple complex projects at one time. You have experience with digital experimentation, piloting new technology, and scaling successful tools across teams. 7+ years consumer goods marketing or financial services sales/marketing; bachelors degree required. #LI-MG1 What we offer you: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and leave of absences, such as parental and military leave. 401(k) plan with company match (up to 4%). Company-funded pension plan. Wellness Programs including up to $1,600 a year for reimbursement of items purchased to support personal wellbeing needs.
